THE FINE LINE BETWEEN THE RICH AND POOR.

It all starts in the Mind.

Have you ever noticed the difference between rich people and poor people? Within the first few minutes, you can usually tell whether their mindset is right or not. It’s not about the clothes they wear – it’s about the mindset and words that come out of their mouths.

Let’s take some of these statements and see why it’s not a good thing to say:

“My employer doesn’t pay me enough.”
Well, he takes on all the risk. If you don’t like the salary you are getting, then maybe you should have never accepted the job in the first place, when we have no vision of who we are and what we want to do from the beginning we tend to compromise and grab to the nearest thing that gives us a salary.

“I do all the work and make my boss rich.”
Well that’s why he is rich isn’t it? We all have the same amount of time. The fact that your boss uses it better than you makes him creative I guess. Be honest – if you could trade places with him – wouldn’t you want to be in his shoes?

“I don’t get paid what I am worth.”
Stop wasting time on nonsense like TV and learn a skill so you can get paid what you are worth. The reason you are not being paid enough is that you don’t have an ability valuable enough to justify it. You must prove to your employer that you are worth being paid more.

“The economy is bad, which is why I don’t have enough money.”
Did you know that when the economy is bad, money doesn’t disappear? It’s still there. It just moves from one place to another. People will always have needs. If you can service those needs, you will make money – even in recessions.

So why do people complain?
Because of a lack of knowledge –The Bible shows us this very clearly.

Hosea 4:6-9
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge [of My law, where I reveal My will].
Because you have rejected knowledge,
I will also reject you from being My people.
Since you have forgotten the law of your God,
I will also forget your children.

What matters is that every single person has a choice. If you choose to blame the world for your problems, then you need to expect problems to keep finding you. Your words become flesh and what you think, you become.
